Dr Adrian is a very friendly doctor as he treated my gout problem. I was not able to walk, and the pain was unbearable. Dr Adrian help me in just a few hours and i was able to walk again. The pain started to reduce instantly event know I was admitted but i was able to discharge the next day. He is a very knowledgeable doctor as well and i fully recommend seeing him if you have any similar problem as mine.

I brought my mother in law to see Dr. Adrian, a rheumatologist at Avisena Specialist Hospital, based on recommendations from other family members who are also his patients. He is truly the best rheumatologist in Shah Alam/Klang Valley. Once you meet him, you’ll understand why people praise him so much. He is an expert and compassionate doctor! I am very satisfied with the treatment and service from Doctor Adrian, for the RA pain that I have been suffering from for more than 12 years which I have been referred to Sime Darby Hospital Subang Jaya and has not shown any signs of recovery.
On 3/5/25 I met Dr Adrian and was treated for RA pain by inserting medicine into the joints of my fingers and toes, my pain was relieved within 3 days.
Hopefully the doctor will continue to treat the patients who come one after another.

I consider myself lucky to have the experience to be treated by Dr. Adrian of Avisena Hospital, Shah Alam. I went to Avisena for my shoulder pain that was hindering my sleep & restricted my arm movement and undergo the PIT treatment. I never knew there was such a nice and caring doctor around. I guess my encounters with doctors haven’t been all that good all this while.
He makes you warm up to him immediately. You feel that you are in good hands and given full attention. He is more frustrated than you if the treatment does not yield the expected results. He never gives up on you.

I was admitted in August due to ghout and it was a very painful experience on my knee. I hardly can walk and the inflammation and swollen was quite bad. Dr Adrian was very fast in making the decision and the recommendation .

I stumbled on Dr Adrian from Avisena Hospital on the FB a couple of months ago. I have been having a very chronic pain on my left knee after my meniscus and ligament torn procedure. I tried a couple of orthopedic’s but they couldn’t point their fingers on the root of the problem. Dr Adrian managed to resolve the issue to my surprise although he is a Rheumatologist and an Autoimmune Specialist. I saw Dr. Adrian for chronic leg pain. He suggested PIT treatment which was effective immediately the first time I tried it. The pain decreased with each treatment.

One morning, I woke up with severe gout pain at my knee and ankle. Knee was swollen, and unable to walk properly. Found Rheumatologist Dr Adrian from Avisena on Google. Made a call of appointment for that very same day, thankfully there was a same day slot for me at 3.30pm.
The registration process at Avisena is very easy, just fill in the form for first timers, and the staff nurse will immediately give you a number and proceed to wait in front of doctor’s room.
Dr Adrian is the most friendly doctor I have ever met. He made you feel comfortable and the explained all the treatment options and outcomes and let me know that gout is a curable disease. Dr Adrian took the time to fully explain everything that we see on the ultrasound, the inflamed tissue, the joints, the inflamed fluid, the bones, how the bone rotates, how it affects the gout, step by step procedures that will be done to drain the yellow liquid out, and the direct steroid injection into the knee & ankle.
He shares his knowledge thoroughly, and I felt so reassured and comfortable every step of the way. The most important thing is, the draining of the liquid and injection is painless, and I really am so grateful for that. Thank you Dr Adrian for your super skills in making sure I remain pain free during the procedure.
Dr Adrian then prescribe the medicine one by one, explaining in very detailed what each medicine does (e.g. Colchicine, Allopurinol and etc).

Hi, early Ramadhan 2025 slight indicate my left knee become so tight with pain while performing prayers. As normal advised by panel clinic just take a few gout and steroid as well a short of xray film with conclusion cartilage deteriorated. My left knee worsening on 3 day of Ramadhan. My final decision on 4 Ramadhan rush 350km to Avisena Specialist Hospital (ASH) with DM Dr. Andrian Mark appointment and thru assessment and evaluation been made. On 5 day of Ramadhan procedure started. Thanks to Dr. Andrian for exceptional professional skills and to ensured the right thing everytime. Surprisingly, tremendous results with stay 2 night in ASH. Following a bundles take away 'protocol medication' and a few words to be followed, so that effectiveness the progress in fighting arthritis, high uric acid and related to Rheumatoid deceased.

My left hand is starting to hurt that i can’t even move it freely. Even during sleeping, it keeps on hurting, this continue for a few days, but i thought its just a normal pain, maybe because i slept in the wrong position. Even so, I can’t afford to hold the pain anymore, so i decided to go to Avisena Specialist Hospital to check if there’s any broken bone. After I was done with xray, the doctor said there’s nothing wrong with my bone, but because my hand is still hurting even after putting on a cream to relieve muscular pain, the doctor decided to refer me to the only rheumatologist that just arrived at Avisena in early 2025.
Dr. Adrian Mark (a rheumatologist in Avisena) started to check my left hand, and that’s when the doctor came to the conclusion that it’s a radial nerve pain. Got some procedure done. After my second appointment, which is also my second time getting the procedure, now i can freely move my hand without any pain.
A big thanks to Dr. Adrian Mark for patiently trying to find out the reason my hand hurts for weeks instead of only giving me painkillers or saying it’s just sprained hand. Also, a big thanks to nurse Rafidah and nurse Dalila.

I’ve had one of the best treatment here. My condition was complicated! I came in with a lot of pain and was diagnosed according to symptoms with Myofascial Pain Syndrome.
